Tip #1
Did you know that if you're experiencing some muscle cramps it could be due to lack of calcium? When there is not enough available calcium to bind on the receptor sites of the muscle fibers, they will stay in a semi contracted state. New low carb dieters often mention that they are experiencing leg cramps, especially in bed at night. When I recommend increasing their calcium intake (through supplements or in those WONDERFUL leafy greens!) this usually takes care of the problem.

Did you know that your body burns the same amount of calories when you exercise whether you have an empty or a full stomach?
