Kimkins Chicken Sausage



Is there anything more mouth watering than the wonderful aroma of lean sausage for breakfast or dinner! And these gems freeze like a dream! Make up a big batch so you've always got some on hand. Terrific for Kimkins Classic, K/E and Kimkins Boot Camp!

Pair up with Kimkins Egg Muffins for an instant on-the-go breakfast!
  • 16 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts, ground
  • 1 egg white, beaten
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seed, finely ground (important!)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper
Mix ground chicken, egg white, onion and spices together. Form into 4 patties. Spray nonstick skillet with nonstick spray or Misto oil sprayer and place patties gently inside, pressing down slightly. Cook over low-medium heat until lightly browned, flip and cook until reverse side is lightly browned. Done!
