Kimkins Member Loses 19 Lbs in 1 Month!
Hi!
I posted this over at the newbie thread for encouragement for them, but I also wanted to share my success here.
I restarted for the umpteenth time on May 8, but this time was different, I can't explain why, I could just feel it. I was at my all time high of 165.4, and I am only 4'11".
After following Kimkins almost to the letter, I am down 19# in less that one month. I feel better than I have in years, and plan to keep going all the way to goal.
This is a great board, and the stories are phenomenal! Thanks for "listening"!
