Recipe: Creamy Cherry Protein Shake

Ingredients (makes 3)
- 20 oz diet black cherry soda
- 2 oz light cream
- 2 scoops Syntrax 0 carb cherry protein powder
- 2 teaspoons cherry extract
- 1 tablespoon lecithin granules (for thickening)
- 4 packets Equal
Mix everything in a portable blender. Blend on HIGH for 10 seconds then let sit for 10 minutes for lecithin to thicken. Blend on HIGH for 1 minute until frothy and pour into serving dishes.
