"Good Morning! I am so excited today! This is one month I have been on plan and I have lost 23 lbs and a total of 8.75 inches!!! Makes me want to keep going and see what this month will hold!

I didn't eat any wedding cake, not even tempted after baking and frosting the darn thing ... Yuck ... I think it's because I inhaled the powdered sugar while mixing! Ha, Ha No taste for it."
